By accessing, registering, or using any service or capability provided by Fast Invoice ("the Service", "the Platform", or "Fast Invoice"), you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any referenced supplementary guidelines.
If you are acting on behalf of a company, general contractor, freelance business, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal power and authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authorization, or if you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Service.
Fast Invoice is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform built for contractors, tradespeople, freelancers, and professional service providers to streamline their client billing lifecycle, including:
In order to access the service, you must create a user account by providing truthful, accurate, complete, and current information regarding yourself and your business trade name, address, contact phone, and email.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and password. All actions, document deliveries, or billing events originating from your account are strictly attributable to you. You agree to notify our support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorized entry or security vulnerability.
Every new business account is granted a fifteen (15) continuous day free trial to explore and test all platform capabilities prior to making any financial commitment.
Continued, unlimited access following the trial is governed by flexible subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing cycles).
You agree to utilize Fast Invoice exclusively for lawful, legitimate commercial operations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Fast Invoice is a software provider, not a licensed accounting, legal, or tax advisory firm.
Tax Responsibility Disclaimer: You bear sole responsibility for ensuring that your invoices, itemized taxes, tax identification numbers (EIN, SSN, VAT ID), and business disclosures meet all statutory bookkeeping and taxation rules required by the governing revenue authority in your jurisdiction.
Fast Invoice offers digital signature capture capabilities for clients approving estimates online. When an estimate is signed, our system records the signature stroke, exact UTC timestamp, and the signer's IP address.
Both parties agree that digital approvals collected through the platform are structured to satisfy the legal standards of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001), the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA) in the United States, and the European Union's eIDAS Regulation for simple electronic signatures. However, you are solely responsible for verifying if your specific trade contract demands formal notarization or wet-ink execution.
All intellectual property rights, trademarks, design systems, algorithms, source code, and assets comprising Fast Invoice belong exclusively to Fast Invoice operators.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and operate the software strictly in accordance with your active subscription. No title or proprietary rights in our underlying software are transferred to you.
You retain 100% full ownership over all your business content, including your client lists, line items, pricing data, uploaded brand graphics, and generated records.
Fast Invoice does not and will never sell, lease, or monetize your customer lists or commercial records to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Your commercial records are kept confidential under strict safeguards.
The Service relies upon top-tier third-party infrastructure (such as Mailgun for transactional email delivery, Stripe and Paddle for payment authorization, and enterprise cloud hosting). While we partner exclusively with enterprise-grade providers, Fast Invoice is not liable for intermittent external network anomalies outside our reasonable operational control.
Fast Invoice is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Fast Invoice disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular commercial purpose. While we aim for exceptional uptime and precision, uninterrupted operation cannot be unconditionally guaranteed.
Under no legal theory shall Fast Invoice, its founders, directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of business goodwill, or commercial disputes between you and your end clients.
The aggregate cumulative liability of Fast Invoice for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you to Fast Invoice during the three (3) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fast Invoice and its officers against any losses, liabilities, claims, or reasonable legal expenses arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) the accuracy, legality, or nature of goods/services itemized on your documents; or (c) billing disagreements between you and your clients.
You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Following cancellation, your paid privileges remain operational until the conclusion of the paid term.
If you require complete account closure and data deletion, you may submit a formal request to our support team. We preserve data for a grace period to guard against accidental destruction of essential business and accounting archives.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law principles, subject to mandatory local statutory consumer protections that cannot be waived by agreement.
Prior to initiating formal legal claims, the parties agree to seek amicable informal resolution in good faith by serving written notice for a period of not less than thirty (30) days.
We reserve the right to amend or replace these Terms to accommodate platform evolutions, legal adjustments, or product enhancements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates its effective date. Significant revisions affecting your legal rights will be communicated via your registered email or highlighted in your dashboard.
